Staff told the council the contractor has continued winter work where weather permits and expects two or three additional monthly pay applications before final retainage is paid once the project is finished, likely in May or June, depending on interior work and paving schedules.
Council approved the resolution by roll call. Staff said the project remains within the previously reported project total and that the next steps are ongoing site work and scheduling remaining interior and paving tasks for warmer weather.
