The Wellesley Select Board unanimously approved the minutes of its March 30, 2026 meeting and discussed preparations for the upcoming Annual Town Meeting.
Upon a motion by Colette Aufranc, seconded by Thomas Ulfelder, the Board voted 5-0 to approve the March 30 minutes. The recorded roll call on that motion was Aufranc — Aye; Freiman — Aye; Largess — Aye; Sullivan Woods — Aye; Ulfelder — Aye.
Executive Director Meghan Jop told the Board that IT Director Brian Dupont and Public Information Officer Stephanie Hawkinson have been working with Wellesley Public Schools technical staff to address concerns raised by Town Meeting Members about audio-visual adequacy during presentations. No specific timeline or technical fixes were detailed in the open session; Ms. Jop’s update noted coordination between town staff and school technical staff to improve presentation quality.
Chair Marjorie Freiman called the open session at 5:40 p.m. and the meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m. The Board announced its next meeting for April 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Room 152 of Wellesley High School, 50 Rice Street.
