Union and Allamakee schools exchange opening 2026–27 contract proposals

The minutes note that, pursuant to Iowa Code section 20.17(3), collective bargaining negotiations are exempt from open meetings requirements. The document states additional negotiations will not be held in open session, indicating that subsequent bargaining sessions will occur privately.
