The Troy City Planning Commission on the 23rd voted to amend its bylaws to clarify scheduling and cancellation procedures for regular meetings. Commissioners moved and seconded the amendment to Article 4 and adopted the change by roll-call vote.
A motion was made to replace the struck language in section three of Article 4 with revised text clarifying who may cancel or reschedule meetings and under what circumstances. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Mr. Fox and passed on a unanimous roll call.
The change is internal to the commission’s rules and will be incorporated by staff into the bylaws document and published with commission materials. Staff recorded a follow-up task to update and publish the amended bylaws prior to the commission’s next meeting.
