The commission approved a lot-line adjustment requested by resident Alan Kirscht after a motion by Member Jesse Dickinson that was seconded by Member Tom Vanek; the motion carried 6-0. The board also approved a separate lot-line adjustment requested by Skies Limit LLC on a motion by Member Ryan Nelson, seconded by Member Mike Helman; that motion likewise carried 6-0.
Moores and Maas Properties LLC sought a variance to expand an existing nonconforming use to include live outdoor amplified music. Member Mike Helman moved to approve the variance and added that the township will review the approval on a yearly basis; Member Jesse Dickinson seconded. The commission approved the variance 6-0.
Clerk-Treasurer Alana Paumen is recorded in the minutes as present for the meeting along with Chair Chris Klein and members Jesse Dickinson, Justin Hall, Tom Vanek, Mike Helman and Ryan Nelson. The minutes show the commission adjourned on a motion by Vanek seconded by Helman.
