Silver Creek Township planning board approves agenda and prior minutes; hears Big Rigs update

During its Jan. 7 meeting the Silver Creek Township Planning & Zoning board approved the meeting agenda and Oct. 1, 2024 minutes unanimously, and Chairman Chris Klein reported that a county-approved Big Rigs site will include a turnaround at the first (west) entrance.
Chairman Chris Klein called the Silver Creek Township Planning & Zoning meeting to order on Jan. 7, 2025. Member Mike Helman moved to approve the agenda; Member Brandon Geyen seconded and the motion carried 9-0. Member Justin Hall moved to approve the Oct. 1, 2024 minutes; Member Tom Vanek seconded and that motion carried 9-0.
In his chair report, Chris Klein said the Big Rigs proposal passed at the county level and that the approved plans include a turnaround at the first (west) Big Rigs entrance. The minutes do not record additional details or staff reports about the project.
Member Justin Hall later moved to adjourn the Planning & Zoning meeting; Member Tom Vanek seconded and the motion to adjourn is recorded in the minutes.
