Staff indicated it had made an IPP offer to Ms. Staley and she accepted; tree planting will occur after settlement. Sandra Tucker moved to approve the 3.8-acre FRO easement; Brenda Ripley seconded. The motion passed with three recorded yes votes and two absences.
