At its June 11 meeting the Huxley City Council approved the consent agenda covering May 28 minutes, payment of bills and multiple finance-related resolutions. Resolutions approved included Pay Application No. 31 for the Water Treatment Plant expansion (Resolution No. 24-047), an agreement with the Ames Economic Development Commission (Res. 24-048), participation in the Iowa Public Agency Investment Trust (IPAIT) through Res. 24-049, and a transfer of funds from the Huxley TIF Fund to the LMI Fund and the General Fund (Res. 24-050).
The consent agenda passed on a motion by Rigler and second by Roberts with roll call Ayes: Echer, Roberts, Rigler, Murphy. The minutes record no separate discussion or public objection to these items.
City Clerk Barbara Barrick presented the claims listing on the record, showing vendor line items across departments and aggregated totals by fund: General Fund $43,135.56; Road Use Tax Fund $6,932.24; Water Fund $12,487.14; Sewer Fund $25,080.28; Local Option Fund $815.00; Capital Projects Funds $2,045.21.
