Public commenters also asked that vaping be unambiguously included; staff said the intent was to cover vaping and agreed to clarify the text.
After discussion the board voted to adjourn the hearing for two weeks to allow the drafting attorney to revise the language and consider carve-outs for sidewalks and enforceability steps.
