Barroso said permit-holders she inspected appeared to be following permit stipulations.
Vice Chair Michael McDonnell said he had nothing further on the proposed updates to the wetlands regulation and that he would send a cover sheet describing the changes to Agent Barroso. Member James Loersch asked for a status update on projects behind Town Hall; McDonnell proposed a meeting with Town Administrator Jim Rupert to discuss the sewer project and to inform member Ross Lally about the request. Barroso clarified that the tree-cutting deadline for the 40 Brandy Street matter had passed, meaning that particular project was now considered as-of-right.
The discussion combined routine compliance reporting with administrative next steps for regulatory updates and a suggested interoffice meeting about the sewer-related projects; Agent Barroso will receive the cover sheet and follow up on the Town Hall project-status request.
