James Loersch moved the approval and Diane DeNunzio seconded; the motion carried unanimously, 3–0–0.
The commission's action formalizes the Bolton Land Trust's ability to complete the conservation-oriented vegetation work under the stated conditions. Agent Barroso noted the tree-cutting deadline for this site had passed, which affected the timeline for the permitted work.
