Heritage Commission approves town archives assessment invoices and donates $500 to Winnipesaukee Inn roofing

The commission approved payment of the Inlook Group invoice for $1,125 (account 01-4191-4589) and an additional $1,500 invoice from preservation consultant Mae Williams for survey work, both charged to account 01-4191-4589.
Commission members also approved a $500 donation from account 01-4194-4588 to Geneva Point Center to support a critical roofing project at the historic Winnipesaukee Inn. The minutes record that members approved these expenditures but do not record a roll‑call vote or identify who moved or seconded the motions.
The archives assessment and consultant survey work are recorded as completed items in the minutes; the commission approved payment of the invoices and will retain the Inlook Group report as part of its archives work product.
