The council exited the second closed session at 6:08 p.m. on a motion by Councilmember Richter, seconded by Councilmember Christensen, with the roll call again recording four ayes and one absence. Councilmember Adams moved to adjourn at 6:09 p.m., Councilmember Richter seconded, and Mayor Jim Hussong declared the meeting adjourned.
