After no members of the public requested to speak, the board discussed remaining technical items.
Board member Bob Lousardi urged the board to withhold a final vote until engineers resolved substantial technical details in Ron Gainner’s memo, listing items such as finished‑floor elevations, eave heights, fence details and floodplain and drainage concerns. “The technical issues were in my opinion quite substantial,” Lousardi said, asking for more detail on elevations and screening plans.
Town staff said they would work with the applicant’s design engineer to close the open comments. The board voted to direct town staff to prepare draft approval resolutions for the next meeting, with the expectation that technical memos and plan clarifications will be shared in advance so members can confirm compliance before any final action.
