- Minimum Municipal Obligation (MMO) for pensions: Council received the 2025 MMO figures and approved the 2024 MMO: $48,029 required payment for the non‑uniform pension and $0 for the police pension. Motion carried unanimously.
- Subdivision approval: The council approved combining a portion of 92 West High Street with 88 and 90 West High Street after Erie County Planning signed the survey maps. Motion carried unanimously.
- Municipal Lot #3 purchase: Council approved a retroactive purchase of a small parcel from 8 South Street for $500 to connect to Municipal Lot #3; survey and solicitor paperwork were required before closing. Motion carried unanimously.
- Boat launch easement with the American Legion: Council approved an easement to install and maintain a kayak/canoe launch along French Creek; the project will use funds from the PA Fish and Boat Commission and the PA Environmental Council. Motion carried unanimously.
The meeting also included routine department reports and an executive session on personnel and contract matters following adjournment.
