Tree-removal matter for Selvin continued to July 22

Johnson said the property owner is currently out of town and that the parties had mutually agreed to a continuance to the July 22 special magistrate hearing.
Magistrate Doug MacGiven granted the continuance and directed staff to draft and submit the order for signature. The magistrate also emphasized the importance of due process—proper notice and opportunity to be heard—when considering enforcement actions.
