The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Fayette Farms Phase 13 revised plan (Application 2026-4-SP), a 62-lot phase on roughly 21 acres in the Fayette Farms planned residential development, and approved a requested modification to extend the Nash Drive cul-de-sac.
Chris Hamm of KDH Engineering presented the revised plan and said the applicant "added the trail and pedestrian pocket" as previously discussed. Township Engineer Shawn Wingrove confirmed that technical comments have been resolved and said only cleanup items remain.
Commissioner Fred Lutz moved — and Kathy Forse seconded — a motion to recommend approval of the cul-de-sac length modification; the commission approved it unanimously. Commissioners later voted unanimously to recommend approval of the Phase 13 revised plan after noting the application remains contingent on satisfying township and LSSE review-letter items dated March 2026.
The commission’s recommendations are advisory; the Board of Supervisors will consider final action after the applicant submits any required revisions and responses to review comments.
