Manager McGill had previously conducted roll call confirming all five commissioners were present for votes. The commission did not record individual roll‑call tallies on the floor; the motions were approved during the meeting’s regular business.
The approved expenditures will be reflected in municipal accounting and noted in the next published financial statements; no amendments or line‑item changes were discussed during the vote.
