The Josephine County Board of Commissioners approved routine payments on May 14, 2026, including two WECO fuel invoices and a monthly wastewater invoice to Three Rivers School District.
Shannon Doaks, Public Works Administration Manager, said the WECO invoices — $34,114.92 and $28,133.68 — are monthly fuel bills for county operations. "This bill as well as agenda item 2.b.2 are monthly occurrences for the county’s fuel bill," Doaks said. The board approved both WECO invoices without objection.
Doaks also explained the county pays Three Rivers School District $33,915.42 each month for use of the district’s wastewater treatment plant by the Merlin Industrial Park. The board approved that payment without objection.
Together the three invoices total $96,164.02. No public comment was recorded on these payment items.
