On the sewer side, council reviewed 30% design work for a roughly $4 million pump-station upgrade package (generators, pumps and controls). Town staff indicated they plan to pursue loan financing for the upgrades and to restore fund balance over a multi-year plan; the council approved the sewer budget and asked for continued updates on procurement and financing milestones.
