"We would respectfully ask the plan commission to continue this case to the July 13th meeting," Tui said. Staff indicated its support for the continuance and the commission moved to continue the item (motion by Mr. Lexi, second by Mr. Price). The chair announced the matter will be heard on July 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the chambers; because the file was not open for testimony this evening no public testimony was taken on that docket.
What happens next: PC2026‑035 will be heard at the July 13 Plan Commission meeting; the petitioner will prepare responses to staff comments for that hearing.
