EDC approves up to $65,000 contract with Decor IQ for Old Town holiday lighting

A motion to approve the contract not to exceed $65,000 was moved and seconded; the board approved the motion by voice vote ('Aye'). Staff was asked to return in July with any recommended additions or amendments (for example, expansion of pole decorations, inclusion of church property or an expanded parade-route lighting plan) before presenting the project to city council for final approval where required.
