Farmington planning board approves site-plan and subdivision resolutions, accepts completeness for two solar applications

The board also approved final subdivision and site-plan resolutions for the Canandaigua Development Corporation (about 40 residential lots) after the developer reported coordination with MRB and the New York State Department of Transportation on intersection and utility matters. The clerk recorded affirmative roll-call votes and the board authorized proceeding with the project and remaining paperwork.
Monarch Manor Section 3 (BB2026602/606), presented by Joe Sortino, received board approval for final site plan and subdivision actions after the developer confirmed responses to PRC comments; the town’s MRB reviewer recommended that staff comments be addressed before signature plans are finalized.
Separately, the board determined that the Ironwood Dimension Energy application (PB2026501502) is complete for review and scheduled public hearings in August following the coordination and review period that ends July 20.
