Board approves Campin Road resurfacing, selects contractor and adds budget amendment

Staff noted the project had been paused earlier to complete underground utility repairs tied to a USDA-funded project and that coordinating asphalt replacement before school starts was a priority. The board also discussed pedestrian safety and the difficulty adding a sidewalk on the westerly side due to right-of-way constraints; staff said the design prioritized safety with minimal impacts.
