The board agreed to review that staffing and hours proposal as part of the 2027 budget process; no personnel-hours change was adopted at the meeting.
Separately, the board considered whether the Veteran Services Office should charge a fee for sending or receiving faxes on behalf of veterans. The consensus was not to charge a fee for veteran-related faxes, while noting that personal use is not permitted.
