Polk County commissioners approve apparent low bid for Shelby North and Osceola North overlays, pending review

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved during the session. With no further business, the board adjourned at 11:20 a.m. and set meetings for March 25 and April 1, 2025; agendas will be available at the office of the county clerk. The minutes were signed by County Clerk Debra S. Girard and Chairman Jerry Westring.
The vote approved only acceptance of the apparent low bid pending administrative review of the submitted bids; the transcript does not record a final contract award or contract execution date.
