The Bentley estimate to relocate the 240V aerator was discussed at roughly $10,755; staff suggested installing a temporary zombie box at the existing location and reconsidering the relocation during the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 budget discussions.
Chair Schultz said the zombie-box option would allow the board to address immediate aeration needs at lower cost while deferring the larger relocation expense.
