Councilman Edward G. Arnold Jr. moved the resolution and Councilwoman Kathleen Manne seconded. The roll call recorded ayes from Arnold, Manne and Supervisor Thomas Schneider; there were no nays. The board approved the payments by a 3-0 vote.
The approval authorizes the town supervisor to make the payments contained in Abstract #9, which the resolution described as within the normal scope of the 2026 working budgets and creating no additional cost to the town.
The board then voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 6:44 P.M.
The minutes of the May 28, 2026 meeting were signed as a draft by Town Clerk Nicole M. Begin and noted as subject to change before formal acceptance at the first regular monthly Town Board meeting.
