Committee adopts interim kiosk rules for summer; removes ebikes prohibition and narrows dog-area language

The motion to make those summer edits passed by voice vote; the committee instructed staff to upload a provisional kiosk rules sheet and to laminate and post it for the summer while the management plan proceeds through advisory reviews.
Why it matters: The kiosk text is the public-facing set of expectations visitors will encounter this summer. The committee framed the edits as temporary, intended to avoid presenting policies at odds with the management plan that is still under external review.
What’s next: Staff will publish an interim rules sheet consistent with the committee’s direction. The committee will revisit the final rules after integrating the management-plan feedback and any Select Board guidance.
