Member Krupic moved, and Member Camilleri seconded, to name Steven Thomas and Member Krupic as authorized signers for the Health Care Fund; the motion carried, with the vote tally not specified. The board previously listed Members Seibert, Camilleri and Krupic as present; Members Flury and Thomas were recorded as excused.
Attorney Cynthia J. Billings-Dunn told trustees she was working to obtain 2026 PA 314 disclosures from the trust’s service providers. Steve Roth of Dahab Associates presented the investment consultant’s reports for the fourth quarter of 2025 and reviewed preliminary performance as of Feb. 28, 2026. Attorney Billings-Dunn presented fourth-quarter 2025 portfolio monitoring reports from Saxena White and Labaton Keller Sucharow.
