The board appointed Adam Carson as vice president; a nominating committee member said she had spoken with Carson and that he had expressed willingness to remain in the role despite being absent from the meeting. The board also named Linda Hoak secretary and Amy Wrath treasurer, each for terms expiring June 30, 2027. Each appointment was made by motion and approved by voice or keypad vote as part of the reorganization.
The president thanked staff for managing logistics during the nominations and said the board looks forward to continuing its work in the coming year. The board then proceeded to public comment and the rest of the posted agenda.
