Development Director Sabrina Kemper presented the staff report and said staff found the application met the requirements of the 2022 Natrona County Zoning Resolution for a conditional use in the Heavy Industrial (HI) district. The company described the project as relocating the trucking in/out capability for LPG from Shoshoni to Casper facilities to improve efficiency and blending at the existing Casper terminal.

After discussion, Vice Chair Chad McNutt moved and Commissioner Kevin Christopherson seconded a motion to recommend approval, citing consistency with the 2022 Zoning Resolution.
