Natrona board schedules needs‑assessment mapping, reviews RFA timeline for 2026–28 funding

The RFA and the related 2026–28 budget were reviewed; the RFA was summarized and the submission deadline was stated as March 16. The board noted several administrative items tied to RFA preparation, including state technical assistance meetings and CJSB Rules meetings. Members also discussed an extra funding item reported to the BOCC in December that was awaiting signature on the January agenda, and collaboration underway on a Non‑Participating States grant.
Board members discussed succession options for the facilitator position, including hybrid or shared roles and use of contract staff. The board asked staff to continue coordinating logistics for the mapping event and to incorporate the RFA timeline into the needs‑assessment schedule.
