Cameron Keshkar, owner of 32 Canoe Place Road, told the Southampton Planning Board on June 11 that he intends a two‑lot subdivision of his 40.26‑acre property (R20 zoning) for family estate planning so that his three daughters can have lots in the future. He said he purchased the house 11 years ago and plans the subdivision to keep the property in the family.
The board read the public notice and left a 10‑day written comment period; no substantive public opposition was recorded at the hearing. Staff will accept written comments and circulate them prior to any further board action.
