Commissioners approved the Carbon County Justice Court Bank Reconciliation for November 2025 totaling $10,654 and the County Treasurer Monthly Cash Report for November 2025 in the amount of $2,500. The board also approved an Accounting Distribution for November 2025 of $2,639.39 and accepted a Contractors Affidavit of Completion for Philips Gravel Crushing.
Among procurement items, the board approved a procurement policy variance payment of $15 related to a driving record for a felony case and a purchase request for a new 911 call-taking system costing $59,038.66. The board also approved a purchase request to attend the 2026 Preparedness Summit for $4,325 and signed off on the Spring Creek Estates Minor Subdivision.
Commissioner Bill Bullock moved to approve the Consent Agenda; Commissioner Scott Miller seconded and the motion carried. Public Health Director Erin Cross and Undersheriff Kelly Carrington were present for portions of the discussion; Carrington left the meeting prior to the final vote.
