Perryton ISD superintendent announces resignations, new hires and lower turnover

"So I think that's a positive metric for our district," he said. The board also noted additional resignations later in the meeting, including longtime teacher Dana Walker (retirement) and Ryan Dhy, who is leaving for work in Clayton, New Mexico.
The board recognized a staff member identified in the record as Dr. Tyrie for completing a doctoral degree; Mr. Brown praised the quality of her dissertation and the doctoral review committee's feedback. "We honor you today and we are very very happy to be working with you," he said.
