A roll-call vote carried 9–3, with recorded nay votes from Supervisors Chuck Van Etten, Marshal Savitski and Jeff Hoehne.
The minutes indicate the county will work further on implementation and noted that Lac Courte Oreilles (referred to as LCO in the minutes) will be developing its own TRH ordinance.
