Wilkins then moved and Mariana Vinacur seconded approval of the March 31, 2026 minutes; those minutes were likewise approved by roll call vote 10–0 with three members absent.
Later in the meeting Wilkins moved to adjourn and Lucienne Ronco seconded; the Committee adjourned at 8:15 p.m. after a roll call vote of 10–0.
