Kenny Largess said he had discussed the policy with the Board of Library Trustees and the Chair of the School Committee. Members discussed which boards and committees could monitor and initiate corrective steps when encroachments onto Town-owned land are identified. Because the land in question is town-owned, members questioned whether the Department of Public Works or the Facilities Management Department should be responsible for overall enforcement. The PSC agreed to follow up with the Executive Director about next steps.
