The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Jay Keyser at 5:00 PM at Pennridge Regional Police Headquarters, 200 Ridge Road in Sellersville. Members recorded as present included Commissioner Jay Keyser (West Rockhill Township representative), Commissioner Hal Schirmer (West Rockhill Township representative), Commissioner Gary Volovnik (East Rockhill Township representative), Chief Paul T. Dickinson Jr., East Rockhill Township Manager Marianne Hart Morano, West Rockhill Township Manager Greg Lippincott, East Rockhill supervisors Jim Nietupski and Dave Nyman, and attorney Matt Hoover, Esq. The minutes list Solicitor Dave Keightly Jr., Esq., under Solicitors' Report but note there was no report.
The commission announced an executive session to follow the public meeting to discuss personnel matters. With business concluded, Commissioner Volovnik moved to adjourn; Commissioner Schirmer seconded, and the meeting was adjourned at 5:02 PM. The minutes were signed by Chief Paul T. Dickinson Jr.
