Presenters showed photos of site conditions, explained causes for concrete settling at the stadium entry (tree removal and moisture changes were characterized as a likely factor), and described staging to avoid hindering spectator access during the season.
Presenters also summarized bond project timelines: Saginaw Elementary estimated June 2027–June 2029 and a campus identified as 'Newcom' expected April 2028–June 2030. Trustees asked detailed logistics questions about construction access, timing of flat work for stadium entries and pier counts; operations staff confirmed front‑entry flatwork would be completed in advance of scheduled events and that efforts were ongoing to minimize disruption.
