Wildwood board introduces changes to Tourism Zone rules; ordinance passes first reading

Commissioner Ernest Troiano Jr. moved to introduce the ordinance and Commissioner Steve Mikulski seconded; the roll call recorded McConnell, Mikulski and Troiano voting yes. The Mayor announced the ordinance had passed First Reading.
The board did not complete a public hearing on substantive changes to permitted uses at this meeting; the ordinance will return for further consideration and a second reading before final adoption. Text of the proposed zoning changes and the updated Section 501 provisions are on file with the City Clerk’s office for public inspection.
