Wildwood adopts ordinance updating stop-intersection rules

Mayor Ernest Troiano Jr. opened a public hearing on the ordinance; there were no public remarks and the board closed the hearing before voting. Commissioner Troiano moved to adopt, Commissioner Mikulski seconded, and the roll call recorded McConnell, Mikulski and Troiano voting yes.
City Clerk Lisa A. Brown read the ordinance title into the record. The ordinance was enacted on Second Reading at the meeting; the Mayor announced passage immediately following the vote.
The board did not discuss specific intersection changes during the public hearing; the full text of the amendment is on file with the City Clerk. The measure took effect according to the ordinance’s publication and adoption schedule. The board’s next regular meeting is set for June 24, 2026, when minutes from this session will be certified.
