Commissioner Wade Thomas moved to approve the draft permit as written; the motion was seconded by alternate David DeNoia and passed 5-0-1, with Commissioner Tali Maidelis recorded as abstaining. The commission’s action authorizes construction to replace the house, garage and the on-site septic and well subject to the conditions in the permit.
