Baltimore Village’s rules committee forwarded Ordinance 2026-20 to full council during its meeting, a housekeeping measure intended to remove legacy references to impact fees that the village eliminated previously.
Solicitor Jeff Feo described the item as a “cleanup” of zoning Appendix E (site-development checklist), noting planning and zoning had recommended the change. Mr. McClean agreed to sponsor the ordinance for council consideration.
Committee members voted to send the draft ordinance to the full council so it can be placed on council’s agenda; the ordinance had been reviewed by planning and zoning, which indicated the references were obsolete and should be deleted.
The ordinance will appear on council’s docket for the next meeting cycle.
