The Lowell Zoning Board of Appeals on June 22 handled several procedural items: it continued a Toggle LLC petition for 123 University Ave to Aug. 10 at the applicant’s request so the applicant can revise plans and pursue a parking agreement; it continued a Casco Street petition by Ideal Living Home Development Inc. to Aug. 10 because no representative was present; the board approved the minutes for June and then adjourned.
During roll calls and motions the board recorded unanimous approvals for the continuances and the minutes. The meeting opened with standard reminders for hybrid participation (DPD/Zoom) and public-comment procedures. With the withdrawal of the 24 Staples petition and approval of the Draper Impact Center variances, the board concluded the remaining agenda items and adjourned.
