Alpha Delta Phi (lead agency): The board voted unanimously to declare itself SEQRA lead agency for a proposal by Alpha Delta Phi to bury overhead electric, install a pad‑mounted transformer, add a mechanical yard with heat pumps and chillers, relocate a dumpster pad and build an ADA access ramp to the house’s lower level. The motion to consider the lead agency resolution was moved by Mitch Glass and seconded by Emily Petrina and carried unanimously.
Ruby 228 Drive (extension): The applicant for the Ruby 228 Drive site plan was not present. The board approved a conditional extension of the existing site plan approval, amended to require the applicant to file and update its building permit and return to explain the extension at the next meeting; failure to comply would require reapplication. The motion to consider the amended extension was moved by Emily Petrina and seconded by Mitch Glass and passed unanimously.
Other business: Staff reported that the zoning rewrite outreach continues through summer events and that the office has re‑advertised an economic development specialist position.
All votes recorded at the meeting were unanimous for the motions on the agenda.
