City Engineer Leo Foley provided a project update during the meeting, saying the Cody Road Phase II work "is going well and on track." The minutes do not record extended discussion, conditions or dissent on the items; all approvals were unanimous on roll-call votes.
The meeting also recorded routine procedural items — roll call, the Pledge of Allegiance and adjournment at 6:13 p.m. — and listed city staff present, including City Administrator Dennis Bockenstedt and department heads.
