The Beaver County Commissioners on June 25 approved a bundle of 59 resolutions, accepted routine personnel reports and meeting minutes, and reappointed three members to the Community Services Program Advisory Board.
The action came after the solicitor told the board that resolutions 062526-01 through 062526-59 had been reviewed and recommended for approval. The board moved to approve the bundle and passed it by voice vote; minutes of the June 11 public meeting and June 10 and June 17 work sessions were also approved by voice vote. The Controller presented the bills for payment and the board voted to authorize payment.
The board reappointed Alicia Jones, Diane Kemp and Morgan Harrington to three-year terms on the Community Services Program Advisory Board, with terms commencing June 25, 2026 and expiring June 24, 2029. "I'll make it," one commissioner said when moving the reappointments; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
Under new business, the board moved to approve the Human Resources personnel report attachment; that motion was seconded and approved. No visitor comments were offered on non-agenda items.
The meeting included routine announcements: the Beaver County Courthouse will be closed Friday, July 3, 2026 in observation of Independence Day, and the next public meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Public Meeting Room.
The meeting adjourned after brief informal remarks about weekend weather and local fireworks.
