The solicitor flagged three items connected to the HAZMAT building planned near the county walking trail at Brady’s Run: a change order (item 44) and agreements with Patterson Township on developer responsibilities and stormwater management (items 58 and 59). He also described a reimbursement resolution (item 46) that would allow the county to reimburse incurred costs — via a loan mechanism, if chosen — for the HAZMAT building, roof replacements at magistrate buildings, and a planned tower project.
According to the solicitor, commissioners will see those resolutions on the agenda for formal action at the forthcoming public meeting; details such as contract amounts and full terms were not provided in the work session discussion and will be available in the official packet.
